Special Reports, 1969-1977.

Consists of published Special Reports. These reports went by several different names before they settled on "Special Reports" in 1971. The purpose in publishing these reports was to simplify complex federal programs and funding patterns by gleaning out only pertinent information and distributing it to all Lutheran Resources Commission partners. The Special Reports covered such topics as Meals on Wheels, Halfway Houses, Credit Unions and daycare. They also recommended coalitions with Community Action Agencies and Model City projects on the community level.
